Personality Profiling
The Psychological Architecture of Leadership
Self-awareness and emotional intelligence are consistently associated with higher levels of leadership effectiveness. Without these capabilities, even skilled leaders can develop blind spots that erode trust, slow execution, and limit impact. While I draw on tools from many organisational, sociological, and human behaviour experts, we primarily work with the Enneagram for personality profiling. The Enneagram is a transformational tool that surfaces strengths, blind spots, and motivational drivers, supporting both personal and team development as well as organisational design. It provides insights that help leaders act intentionally and teams perform more effectively.

Where it Matters
The Emotional Intelligence Edge
Consider this if you want to:
- Understand what drives your behaviour, including less conscious patterns and motivations.
- Deepen your emotional and relational intelligence as a leader.
- Build insight into how you respond under pressure, and how to navigate it more skilfully.
- Leverage your strengths more effectively, with greater self-awareness.
- Identify where you may be overusing strengths or unintentionally limiting your impact.
